Translator – Fluency in Japanese and English is a must. You will be called upon for either full translations or translation checks.

Timer - You need to be proficient with Aegisub. If you’re new to fansubbing, then we will hold your hands and teach you until you are proficient. I’m going to be upfront with this one… Timing is not a fun job.

Editor - You need to be good with the English language, which means you need to be at least as good as me. Writing is the only skill required for this position.

Quality Checker – You need to have sharp eyes. That’s it. You’re responsible for picking out timing errors, spelling or grammar mistakes and any other wrinkles in a release.

Since we’re still a fairly young group, we value commitment more than experience. We’re in the business for fun, but we’re also adamant about quality. I think we’ve carved a nice niche for ourselves with the few projects we’ve undertaken so far. We started off as a small but tightly knit group, and we’ve maintained that thus far even after the addition (and departure) of many new staff members. We’re not interested in e-penis or drama; we simply look to release quality subs as a way of giving back to the community after years of leeching.
